The process
Getting to know you
During the initial phone call, we would like to learn more about you and your motivation for working at MTc. This is also an opportunity for you to ask initial questions about the position and the company.
First interview
During this interview, your future manager will discuss your experience and what you can contribute to the team. You can expect questions about your knowledge and experience.
Second interview
A conversation with two of your potential future colleagues. This allows us to get to know you better, and you to get to know us!
Offer
