Scrum Master

What will you do as a Scrum Master?

You play a key role in our digital transformation. Together with three other Scrum Masters, you help our product teams to deliver customer value predictably, effectively, and with pleasure. We are a dynamic organization: growing, learning, and continuously improving our way of working. You create an environment where collaboration, focus, and ownership are central. With your coaching style and sharp process insight, you strengthen rhythm, flow, and collaboration, within the Scrum Teams and across departments.

In this role, you focus on the following:

• Facilitating all Scrum events and monitoring rhythm and flow.

• Coaching in Agile work and self-organization.

• Identifying and resolving obstacles and dependencies between teams and helping teams increasingly solve these themselves.

• Optimizing transparency through tooling and visualizing metrics.

• Actively initiating improvements in practices, collaboration, and process maturity.

• Strengthening chain collaboration between Delivery, Operations, and other stakeholders.

What do you bring to the table?

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a complex software environment.

• You are an inspiring and people-oriented connector, focused on growth and ownership.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps maturity, team coaching, and organizational change.

• Strong in facilitating, process monitoring, and pragmatically improving practices.

• Chain-aware: you understand customer processes, IT architecture, and business dynamics.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
